ADLI Logistics’ Summer BBQ Event + Long-time Employee Retirement!

It was a day of delicious food and heartfelt goodbyes as our team gathered for our annual summer BBQ! This year’s event was extra special as we not only enjoyed some much-deserved downtime together but also celebrated a significant milestone: the retirement of our incredible colleague, Phil.

A Fond Farewell to Phil

Phil has been an integral part of our company since December 2005, a familiar and friendly face who has witnessed countless changes and contributed immensely to our success over the past two decades. He’s been a mentor to many over the years, and we’ll truly miss his presence throughout the warehouse and office. And we’ll certainly miss his keen eye when taking photos for our staff events!

During a small ceremony, we shared some laughs, reminisced about Phil’s journey with us, and presented him with a token of our appreciation. We wish him all the very best in his well-deserved retirement, filled with relaxation, new adventures, and plenty of time for himself.

Summer BBQ Highlights

Beyond celebrating Phil, our BBQ was a fantastic opportunity for the team to unwind and connect outside of our usual work environment. It was wonderful to gather everyone from the company and see everyone mingle and enjoy themselves.

Events like these are a wonderful reminder of the strong community we’ve built here. Our team is truly the heart of our company, and it’s their dedication, hard work, and camaraderie that make our achievements possible. We’re incredibly grateful for everyone’s contributions and look forward to many more years of working together and celebrating our successes.
