As we look back on 2023, we are proud of the progress we have made at ADLI Logistics. We have continued to provide our customers with high-quality service and have taken more steps to improve our customer service and experience.
Continued Customer Service Excellence
We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. In 2023, we took several steps to improve our customer service, including:
- Streamlined ISO processes: We extended our ISO 9001:2015 certified governance processes to ensure we are providing quality service and logging our performance related to customers and third-party regulators.
- Improved System Integration: We took steps to improve our system-to-system integration foundation so that we can more seamlessly integrate with customers’ varying requirements.
- Enhanced tracking: We improved our tracking capabilities to provide our customers with real-time updates on the status of their shipments.
Social Club Events
Our Social Club hosted staff events year-round, with each event improving upon the last in every way. These events provided an opportunity for our staff to come together and celebrate our successes, as we provided our customers with premium service.
25th Anniversary Celebrations
In 2023, ADLI Logistics celebrated its 25th anniversary. To mark this milestone, we hosted a large staff BBQ and unveiled an updated website redesign. We are proud of what we have accomplished over the past 25 years, and we are excited about what the future holds.
